Poetry in the Arts (PITA) does not sell or share contact information. Any contact information provided by users is retained solely to serve the intended purpose of users who provide such information.

Specifically, PITA will not use contact information to solicit sales or subscriptions from users who provide their contact information with the exception that we may remind current subscribers that their subscription has expired.

With the exception of IP addresses, cookies used on this site do not collect personal information which can be used to identify users or track their online behavior, except that the statistical data collected reveals the URL of pages with links to PITA that were used to access the PITA site. Identifying information related to IP addresses may be obtained only through subpoena. PITA has no interest in this data, except when required to prosecute those who violate the law or conduct themselves in a manner which violates PITA's rights or the rights of others.
